The IT Team plays a really important role inside a company, especially in a tech company. In this episode, we talk about how the IT department has evolved since the beginning of Jobsity. We had a conversation with our CTO - Mauricio, our VP of Tech - Cristian, and our Evaluations Coordinator - Sebastian.
It was really interesting to learn more about how the IT team has grown and created incredible tools to improve our processes internally and to provide a better service to our clients.
Doing this episode helped me understand how the IT department is much more than just fixing things internally or being the “help desk” but are the core of the company and they are key in the process of the company growing.
