Today, I’m proud to share one of the most important milestones in Jobsity’s history:
Jobsity is officially adding Eureka Labs to our platform.
This marks our first acquisition, but, more importantly, it marks the beginning of a new era for our company.
By bringing Eureka Labs into Jobsity, we are combining two founder-led Latin American companies built to serve the U.S. market: two organizations with shared values, similar clients, complementary capabilities, and a common belief in quality, execution, and long-term relationships.
This is much more than an acquisition. This is a strategic move that strengthens Jobsity’s nearshore platform while accelerating our expansion into:
For more than 15 years, Jobsity has built a strong reputation by helping companies grow through exceptional talent, service, and trust. That foundation remains the same.
But as markets evolve, clients demand more.
They need stronger product execution.
They need AI capabilities.
They need strategic delivery partners.
They need scale.
This move helps us meet that future faster.
Eureka Labs has built an impressive reputation as a trusted partner for agile pods, product execution, AI-driven solutions, and delivery excellence. Their strengths complement ours in powerful ways, and together we can create a platform that offers more opportunities for our clients, our teams, and our long-term vision.
Andres was born in Quito, Ecuador, where he was raised with an appreciation for cultural exchange. After graduating from Universidad San Francisco de Quito, he worked for a number of companies in the US, before earning his MBA from Fordham University in New York City. While a student, he noticed there was a shortage of good programmers in the United States and an abundance of talented programmers in South America. So he bet everything on South American talent and founded Jobsity -- an innovative company that helps US companies hire and retain Latin American programmers.
