Please join us in welcoming Paola Martinez as Jobsity’s new Vice President of People Operations.
At Jobsity, Paola will refine and enhance onboarding, employee branding, compensation analysis, talent management and culture. She will work closely with top Jobsity management to strategically align vital HR processes, increase HR capabilities and develop employees in a more holistic manner.
Paola brings her 15 years of experience in human resources to Jobsity. She’s previously worked for many international companies such as General Motors, Kraft Foods, KFC, Movistar, MullenLowe Delta, Diners Club, Sudinco. She has, on various occasions, transformed the HR department at some of the places she’s worked, leading the effort to build HR strategy beyond payroll and basic personnel management.

Paola also holds a Master's degree in Senior Management from the University of Bari Aldo Moro and in Human Resources from CEREM Business School. She is an animal lover and the person she most admires in the world is her 7-year-old daughter Sofia.
